Join Alex Pauley online for yoga-inspired movement classes designed for chronically ill and physically disabled bodies. Classes range from Chair Yoga to Yoga You Can Do in Bed. These classes aim to help you move your body in a way that feels invigorating and supportive or calming and restorative.
Alex is trained as a behavioral scientist (PhD), yoga instructor (200hr), trauma-informed yoga instructor, and breath & meditation coach. She believes being in service and coaching requires being a forever learner, and she is always taking new trainings and workshops so she can offer what she learns to her clients!
From individuals experiencing neurological conditions that affect balance and motor skills, to folks living in bodies that just work differently like POTS and hypermobility, to people without full access to their limbs due to paralysis or amputation, Alex has experience with a wide variety of beautiful bodies!
