Why practice breahing??

It can seem rather strange to practice something you do literally every minute of every day. But, there are a few reasons to practice with the breath! Just like with any other physical movement, we might need to practice our form in order to optimize that movement. Thank: running without putting too much pressure on the ball or heel of the foot. Breath is the same! Because we do it automatically, we might not have learned to breathe optimally. Practicing breathwork can help!

Also, there are a TON of other benefits associated with taking just a few minutes out of your day to focus on your breath, including:

  • Improved sleep
  • Improved mood
  • Improved digestion
  • Improved blood pressure
  • Lower stress
  • Better focus

Just to name a few!
